About The Role

  • As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:
    • Strategy definition
    • Process Re-engineering
    • Operations Optimization
    • Systems Implementation follow-up
  • You will manage the day-to-day execution of a client project and will take ownership of its end products. You will contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions, and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. You will guide and develop individual team members and ensure they have the support they need to learn and grow.
  • You will help in developing recommendations and solutions bridging the gap between the organization’s high-level mission, vision, and capabilities and people, process, and technical solutions while taking account identified constraints and existing technology into account.
  • You will also assist with drafting business proposals and other client materials.
  • You will work on topics such as: Supply chain, Finance, Corporate finance, Facility Management, IT Advisory, Sales & Marketing, etc.
  • You will gain an understanding of the key issues, challenges, and cutting-edge topics within different sectors, and they will undertake training on various topics. You will also gain experience with strategy development, business process reengineering, organization design, knowledge management and change management.
  • You will work in Tunisia (Tunis). In some cases, you will be asked to travel to your client site.

Qualifications

  • Excellent academic records within a master’s degree in either Economics, Engineering and/or Business Administration from a reputable university (Polytechnique, SupCom, Grande Ecole in France, International University, etc.)
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in Consulting environment, ideally with a top-tier Management Consulting Firm (or similar organization)
  • Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking
  • Great personal and interpersonal attributes (e.g., results-oriented and a performance-oriented work style, creativity, entrepreneurial qualities)
  • Project and process management skills, with expertise prioritizing and managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented focus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills in front of senior level clients.
  • Ability to lead, inspire and support junior members of the team.
  • Ambitious, motivated, high-energy personality with a collaborative working style
